100 Miles to 2014 on Instagram Challenge

100 miles to 2014. I created two month challenge that will assist those who want to begin a running regimen. Personally I feel that walking, jogging, hiking and running has helped my whole body get toned. I encourage anybody who is capable to do so to try it. The first program (black) is to encourage you to push a little further each day. The second program (red) is to encourage you to be consistent. Both programs will lead you to over 100 miles by 2014. 

Please stick to one program for the next two months and post a picture or screen shot of your miles on your IG using hastag #minarue_run as well as a before picture with your current measurements. I can’t wait to see everyone’s progress! Good Luck!!!
